We have the technology

Just going to drop this here since it’s something I sometimes mull over. How would people improve or change the human anatomy if they could. Me personally I feel like you could do a fair amount more if we had an extra pair of arms and the ability to be completely ambidextrous. Any other thought?

How about changing it so that a person's joints (specifically hips, knees, lower back) would grow more 'robust' in response to weight gain so that they would have no problem supporting upwards of 800 lb as necessary....

Cellular regeneration.

All seem pretty interesting especially being able to watch something like a toe regenerate. Something occurred to me while I was walking it would be pretty useful if our telomeres didn’t shorten over time.

God, yes!

Like, I get why that's a thing. But man, would it be nice if they could regenerate.

It would be bliss, I might have my biology wrong but if it did we wouldn’t have the side effects of age and that just seems great

No, you have it right.

The telomeres act as a buffer zone when your DNA replicate. Keeps the important stuff from accidentally getting clipped. But when that goes away, then you start to age.

Nice I remember the basic biology I learnt but yeah not having our blueprints breakdown over time would be cool
